Meet the Owner

My name is Lindsey Kelley and I am the founder of Live Oak Mini Ranch. I am married with two step children who I love like my own. My husband farms a variety of row crops as well as blueberries. I have always had a passion for all animals, especially cows. I have been involved raising beef cows from the time I could walk. In 2019 I purchased my first mini cow and have grown to love them even more. In early 2023 as my business was growing (and number of animals) I would have people wanting to bring their kids out to see the animals and found that there are so many more people out there that want to be able to experience this with their kids! In February 2023 I made the decision to open a petting zoo for everyone to be able to do just that in the fall. To say that I am always busy is an understatement, because farm chores never end but it’s a life worth living and I can’t wait to share it with so many people!
